At SeQR Verify, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our QR code-based lost & found products and want to ensure you’re confident in every purchase.


 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or refund requests under the following conditions:

The product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging
The request is made within 5 days of delivery
The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products (linked to digital identity or accounts), the following are non-returnable unless damaged or defective:

Activated QR code tags or stickers
Customized or personalized items

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or is not functioning properly, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customersupport@seqrtechnology.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or process a refund—whichever you prefer.


 

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved or a refund is requested for a damaged item:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider

 

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost
For other return reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping fees

 

6. How to Request a Return or Refund

Order number
Reason for return or refund
Photos (if applicable)
